Pissed

Everything I received did not fit and it took months to receive. I wish I had my money back. Product is not marked correctly as well as not receiving the correct sizes. The product as far as the bras are put together very well, just not correct sizing. I have contact on numerous occations and still not satisfied. I have had these items for over 6 months still with their packing. can not wear. I would have never order from this company if I had know the item where not made in the USA, over seas sizing is not our sizes.

Bought a pair of earbuds on JULY 27, 2018

I bought a pair of ear buds on face book sounded like a real good deal on July 27, 2018, I have yet to receive them, who do I contact, why does it take so long? Really disappointed, I dont like throwing money away!

I was scammed

I ordered some merchandise through 2ubest. My merchandise some how went to California. They did contact me and then asked me about the address. I noticed after the fact that there wasn't any street number. I contacted them again because my items were not deliverable. I have also asked for my money back and I haven't any response from them. I just sent out another email to their support team today. This has been going on since May 29,2018. We are now in August. It is companies like these that put online shopping a bad name. Especially the if you are purchasing through China. My daughter also thought she was purchasing through Florida. This is why I only do online shopping through reputable Companies like Penneys, Kohls etc..

If you buy from them use paypal

I'm currently in a dispute to get my money back, I only bought from them because their address was a US, Florida, address, obviously they're just a shell corporation who drop ships from China. I placed my order two weeks ago and emailed them the same day requesting that they cancel my order because of the length of time for just processing the order itself wasn't viewable until after the order was placed. Then I relized there's another 5-20 days ascribed to shipping. I gave them 24 hours to respond to my email and then just opened and escalated a case with Paypal. You're definitely better off not ordering from them in the first place, but hopefully all the experiences will steer everyone clear. Wish I found this site before!!

Terrible stole my money!

Put on my credit card first part of May and have never received merchandise! Never credited my card as requested! Sent several messages and was told it’s on its way, which was a lie! You can’t reach them by phone or on their site! Bad company to deal with!

Poor quality

Ordered 2 shirts alike (just two different colors). The order took well over a month to arrive. Upon delivery, one of the shirts was sewn so poorly that I am not even able to wear it. It took three emails before I received a response. The first asked what product. I advised. They then asked for photos. I complied. They came back and offered a $5 gift card to be used on next purchase. UN NO! That does not even cover the shipping let alone the shirt I cannot wear. After this I most def will not be shopping on their site again. Currently disputing the charge through Paypal. Awful products, and even worse customer service.

Still waiting for my order a year later.

I am still waiting for my order a year later. I have emailed 2UBest countless times. I have chatted on Facebook countless times. After about 4 months they just ignored me. It would appear that my order was shipped, got to China, and then disappeared. It would help if Facebook could delete scam companies. It was a Facebook ad that I responded to. My order number is 35635, placed on the 1st of August 2017. From what I can see, there are a lot of other customers who have also been scammed by this company. And they are still trading. It seems nothing is being done to put them out of business. I emailed them this morning again - a year after my order was placed. What a ripoff!

Order never received

On April 29, 2018, I ordered a bra and my credit card was charged for $20.85. I cancelled the order because you emailed me that it was not in stock.. I have not received a credit on my card nor have I received the bra. It has been 3 months. This is ridiculous! I need an answer ASAP. The credit card I used has been cancelled due to fradulent charges. I will send you the new number when you are ready to issue my credit. I expect to hear from you in a timely manner. Love my purchase! Took a long time to receive!

It took more than a month to receive my order from this company, so I was beginning to get a bit skeptical. However, when I contacted them two weeks after placing my order by email, they replied within 24 hrs. The following day I received an email with a tracking number. The clothes are awesome! Really love them! Everything is exactly as it is pictured on the website. Prices are very reasonable. My only suggestion is to tell customers up front that their order can take 30 days to receive since they are being shipped from China. I'll order again and see how the second order goes.

Good things take time?

It took 3 months to arrive! but its becoming my fav pair of work out pants so far. If it didnt take so long to arrive, i would hv ordered more.

Wrong yoga pants

Ordered an expensive pair of yoga pants from this company and received something completely different from what they advertised. Absolutely disgusting! When I tried to resolve the matter they offered $5 off my next purchase with them pffft!! Never again. They won’t answer my emails and are a complete scam!

No customer service skills

My situation is a little different. My mailman misdelivered my package to a neighbors home. They went back to the house but were unable to get the item back. I even went there and spoke to the idiot owner who said she returned it to sender (instead of walking it down the street to my house). I contacted 2Ubest asking for them to resend or refund. They said, and this is a quote, "its not our fault" Well, it's not MY fault either. It's their responsibility to get items to their customer so I feel THEY should take up the issue with the post office and make sure their customer is happy. Doesn't matter anyway as i've contacted my credit card company and they have already reversed the charge. At least my cc company knows what good customer service is...

Awful Quality, Awful Service, Awful experience

Do not take a chance like I did. The prices are to good to be true because they don’t send your stuff for months then they refuse to refund and cancel and then it shows up and is the worst quality clothing ever

Terrible Service!!

Ordered products, expected to recieve in 2-3 weeks. I was ok with that turn around. But no, they never provided tracking, never responded to my emails and concerns. Not until i started demanding for a refund all of a sudden they provided tracking from USPS it was in the mail. only to come and find out I NEVER RECEIVED IT!!! Contacted them several times with NO response. Until the very end when i said i wanted my money back and they were like too bad. RUDE COMPANY. TERRIBLE SERVICE. NEVER MAILED PRODUCTS I BOUGHT. I'M OUT A LOT OF MONEY BECAUSE OF THIS SCAM COMPANY. WORST EVER!!! I can't believe how this company stays in business. i wish i would have seen the reviews before i ordered. I hope that I can save at least ONE poor soul the frustration I have felt with/by this company!

Don't order from here

I placed an order from a pop up on my phone. I am so sorry I did. First of all it took over a month to arrive. I emailed twice to ask if my item had shipped. Finally it came and it was not worth the money, poor quality. Now I have been trying for 2 weeks to return it. I have no return label, invoice, receipt , return address, nothing. It came in a bag with nothing else. I emailed them and they said they were sorry I was unhappy and they would send me a $5 coupon for my future purchase. Are they kidding??? I will never order form them again. I don't know what else to say but that they are not in a hurry to send your items or receive them back, I still don't know if they will let me return it. It may be a Goodwill item.
